CNIC has a shareholders’ board and boards of directors and supervisors. The shareholders’ board has supreme authority in the company, and is responsible to exercise shareholders’ rights. The boards of directors and supervisors report to the shareholders’ board. The board of directors is a decision-making body overseeing major matters within the company. The board of supervisors serves as a supervisory body. The Management is responsible for implementing resolutions adopted by the board of directors, and conducting business activities in accordance with the articles of association and the authority delegated to it by the board of directors.
Zhou Yuxian: Master of Engineering. Positions previously held by Zhou include: Deputy General Manager of China National Nonmetallic Minerals Industrial Corporation, Executive Director and President of China National Materials Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. Zhou currently acts as Vice Chairman of China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd., and concurrently serves as CEO&Board Member of CNIC.
Mr. Zhou has been working as a scientific researcher and professional business manager for over 30 years, and has extensive experiences in materials engineering and business management. He has gained deep insights about investment and M&A management.
Yu Liming: Executive Director,Chief Operating Officer. Yu Liming: PhD in Management. Positions previously held by Yu include Executive Vice President and Investment Committee Chairman of China Merchants Group, Chairman of LOSCAM and China Nanshan Development Group.He currently acts as Executive Director & Deputy General Manager of CNIC.
During his 30-year professional career, Mr. Yu worked in the investment and M&A businesses for 16 years, and has gained extensive experiences in construction engineering, port management, investment and M&A.
Huang Guobo: PhD in economics. Positions previously held by Huang include Deputy Director, Director-General and Chief Economist at the Reserves Management Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), Chief Director at SAFE Investment Center, and Director of Central Huijin Investment Ltd. Huang currently acts as Chief Investment Officer of CNIC.
Mr. Huang worked in foreign exchange management and global financial market investment businesses for 16 years, and has extensive professional and practical experiences in financial market and equity investment operations.
Wang Shujian: PhD in economics. Positions previously held by Wang include Vice President of China Materials and Economic Research Institute, Assistant General Manager of Sino Star Group, and Director at the Integrated Business Department and the Audit Department of China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd. She currently acts as Board Secretary at CNIC.
Mrs. Wang has extensive experiences in macro-level government management and integrative conglomerate management, with significant insights and practical expertise on internal corporate operation management, risk control and human resources management.
Pan Genping: Master of management. Positions previously held by Pan include Finance Manager of Oasis Oil Co., Ltd., Chief Accountant of PetroChina (Venezuela), and Deputy General Manager and Financial Director of China Huaming International Investment Corporation. He currently acts as Deputy General Manager at CNIC.
Mr. Pan has been actively involved in overseas investment projects and business operations and management for over 10 years, and has gained extensive experiences in investment management, capital operation and financial management, as well as practical knowledge on project operations and management.
Zhu Feng: Master of Management. Positions previously held by Zhu include: General Manager at the IBD of CICC, Director at the Equity Investment Department of CRHC. Zhu Currently acts as Co-Chief Investment Officer of CNIC.
Mr. Zhu worked in equity investment and portfolio management for 20 years, and has rich working experience in capital operation. He is familiar with industry of mining, agricultural, food, consumption and infrastructure.
